25th SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME - 24 SEPTEMBER 2017

1.     FAMILY WALKATHON CARDS FOR THE NEW CATHEDRAL

Parishioners who have not returned their walkathon cards and the collections to their respective cell group leaders are urged to do so as soon as possible. If a card is lost, the cardholder is required to donate RM200.

2.     VIDEO SCREENS

St. Anthony’s Church is in the process of installing video screens inside the church. The successful operation of this system requires the cooperation of all 4 Mass groups: the Chinese Mass, the Iban Mass, the BM Mass and also the Sunset Mass.

The Parish requires dedicated volunteers who can help operate the video screens once they are installed. Those who wish to serve can register with the Parish Office or inform their cell group leaders. They will be called for instructions at a later date.

3.     BAPTISM CERTIFICATES

Parents whose children were recently baptized can now collect their certificates from the Parish Office during working hours.

4.     YOUTH CAMP

The Bintulu Young Catholic Students are organizing a Youth Camp at the Parish Hall for students aged 13-18. The date for this camp is from 18th till 20th October. Registration can be done after Mass today.

5.     INFANT BAPTISM

The next Infant Baptism (in English) will be on Saturday 21st October. Parents should register with the Parish Office soon.

6.     NFP T-SHIRTS

The NFP teachers in the Parish are selling T-shirts after Mass today to raise funds for their upgrading programme. Your support will be much appreciated.

7.     PRE MARRIAGE COURSE IN IBAN

The next Pre Marriage Course in Iban will be on Saturday 7th October.

Venue: Magnificat Centre, Parkcity.
Time:                8.00 am – 5.00 pm.

Parishioners who wish to be married in Church and those who wish to have their marriages blessed are encouraged to attend this course.


8.     CONFIRMATION MASS REHEARSAL

The first Confirmation Mass rehearsal is today @ 5pm at St. Anthony's Church. Everyone who is involved should attend.
